My kit includes a carefully curated selection of luxury and professional brands chosen for their performance, longevity, and beautiful finish both in person and on camera. All products are hygienically applied using professional sanitation practices to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and client safety.

Bridal Makeup Policies

  • A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your wedding date. Your date is not confirmed until the booking fee has been received. The remaining balance is due before or on the wedding day, as agreed at the time of booking.

    Due to high demand, wedding dates cannot be held without payment.

  • A trial is strongly recommended for all brides. This allows us to perfect your look, discuss your vision, and ensure you feel completely confident ahead of your special day.

    Trials are booked separately and are subject to availability.

  • Booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. In the unlikely event that you need to cancel your wedding booking, please provide as much notice as possible.

  • Final numbers for bridal party makeup must be confirmed no later than four weeks before the wedding date. Reductions in numbers after this time may still be charged.

HD Brows & HD Brow Sculpt Policies

  • A patch test is required at least 24–48 hours before your first HD Brows or HD Brow Sculpt appointment. This is essential for your safety and cannot be carried out on the same day as your treatment.

    Failure to attend a patch test may result in your appointment being cancelled.

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your treatment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee.

Lash Services (Including LVL) Policies

  • A patch test is required 24–48 hours before all LVL and lash treatments if you are a new client or have not had the treatment within the last six months.

  • Proper aftercare must be followed to maintain results. Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided at your appointment. Failure to follow aftercare advice may affect the longevity of your treatment.

  • Lash treatments cannot be performed if you have certain eye conditions, infections, or recent eye surgery. Please disclose any medical conditions or concerns prior to your appointment.

Artist Cancellation Policy

In the extremely unlikely event that I am unable to attend your wedding due to serious illness, injury, family emergency, or circumstances beyond my control, you will be notified as soon as possible.

Every effort will be made to assist you in finding a suitable replacement makeup artist of a similar style and standard within my professional network. Any booking fees paid will be fully refunded if I am unable to fulfil your booking.

While this situation is highly unlikely, your peace of mind is very important to me, and I am committed to handling any unforeseen circumstances with professionalism, transparency, and care.
